Lawson is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. Any information you share with us is held with the utmost care and security. We do not share or sell, rent, or loan customer account information to anyone without your written consent. That's our guarantee to you.

Secure Sales
Our web site provides secure communication via 128 bit secure socket layering. Secure communication means that information you provide, such as your name or credit card number, is encrypted so that it can't be read or intercepted by other people.

Shipping Policy
Each Lawson mic is hand assembled in our Nashville, Tennessee, factory by real people with pride and manufactured to be the best microphone you'll ever own. Each microphone receives personal attention and is made to order. Lead times vary depending upon volume of orders. Most orders ship within one week. Please check Current Lead Time in each product store listing for up-to-date information.

In order to insure the safe arrival of your purchase, carriers are prohibited from leaving a package without a signature.

Warranty Policy
All Lawson microphones carry a one year factory warranty. The warranty may be extended to five years if you complete and return the warranty registration card. Any microphones returned for repair must first be approved by the service department at service@lawsonmicrophones.com. Return your mic in the original Pelican case to Lawson, Inc., shipping prepaid. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email and explanation for return.

Return Policy
No Risk Guarantee. Lawson products are only available directly from our factory in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal way for you to hear and experience the quality that goes into Lawson products is to listen to one. We offer a ten-day, no-risk return privilege. If you purchase a Lawson product and then decide (for any reason) to return it during the 10-day audition period, we will gladly refund your purchase price. We request that you call us at 615-269-5542 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any merchandise being returned must be in the same condition as when it was first shipped to you.

Payment Policy
Lawson Microphones accepts major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, and Paypal. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Please note that Paypal will process your payment immediately. If you wish to pay by another method (check, money order, wire transfer), please call toll free in the USA 1-877-438-2642.
